Refund and Cancellation Policies

At Hashmitha Enterprises, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our refund and cancellation policies carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when shopping with us.

Refund Policy:

  1. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund, depending on your preference. Please provide clear photos of the damaged or defective product for our records.

  2. Quality Concerns: We take pride in the quality of our olive oil products. If you're unsatisfied with the quality for any reason, please reach out to us within 10 days of purchase. We may offer a replacement or refund, subject to evaluation.

  3. Incorrect or Incomplete Orders: In the event of receiving incorrect or incomplete orders, please notify us within 5 days of delivery. We will rectify the issue by sending the correct items or issuing a refund for the missing items.

  4. Change of Mind: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind or personal taste preferences once the product has been opened or used. However, unopened and unused items may be eligible for a refund within 5 days of purchase, minus shipping costs.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Cancellation Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll make every effort to accommodate your request. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  2. Cancellation After Shipment: Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may return the items following our refund policy guidelines.

How to Request Refunds or Cancellations:

Note: All refunds will be processed within 30 business days of approval. Please allow additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution policies.
